A soul food classic! While there's not much meat on the neck bones, that doesn't mean that it's short on flavor. When cooked to perfection, the succulent meat falls off the bone. Use the neck bones to make one hell of a pork stock. Simmer them in a pot of collard greens or gumbo. They also make a fantastic base for spaghetti sauce.
Neck bones come in packages that are approximately 3-4 lbs. Price is per package.
All of our pork has been inspected and packaged by a USDA facility. Each package has been individually weighed and labeled. They have been flash frozen and kept in a freezer until purchase.
Our pork is only available for on-farm pickup. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship at this time. When purchasing your pork via the website, we will pull your order and set it aside until your pick-up. Pick-ups are available on Saturdays and Sundays. Additonal items may be purchased at time of pick-up. Final payment is due at time of pick-up and can be made via check, cash, card or venmo.
